Ministry: Urals average price rises to $83/bbl in Sep 15 – Oct 14
MOSCOW, Oct 16 (PRIME) -- The average price of Russia’s Urals export oil blend rose to U.S. $83.35 per barrel, or $608.4 per tonne, from September 15 through October 14, growing from $77.03 per barrel in the previous month, the Finance Ministry said in a statement in its Telegram channel on Monday.
The discount to the Brent blend amounted to U.S. $10.08 per barrel.
Russia’s oil export duty will increase by $2.3 to $26.2 per tonne from November 1.
The export duty on light oil products will grow $0.7 to $7.8 per tonne and on heavy oil products will rise by $2.3 to $26.2 per tonne.
The naphtha export duty will grow $1.3 to $14.4 per tonne, and the gasoline export duty will increase by $0.7 to $7.8 per tonne.
The duty on liquefied petroleum gases will rise to $2.2 from zero, and on coke coal will rise by $0.2 to $1.7 per tonne.
